My niece Megan turned 10 this week. She is such a doll. Her creative, awesome, amazing Mother made her this amazing cake. I am telling you the truth- you know it is the truth because none of my family reads my blog. I rely on the support system of all other 2 of you that read this blog.
Anyway- one day I am going to grow up and be like my sister-in-law who makes cakes like this. One year I made a lady bug cake- does that count?
Happy Birthday Megan- I love your cute little 10 year old guts!

My poor kids -- they don't know what they are missing. :O) Yesterday I went all out and got a Scooby Doo cake at Walmart for Jared. Does that count??
I hope it does- :) For OUR sake :)
My philosophy...Costco cake tastes better than my cake, is bigger than my cake, is quicker than my cake...I can do that math!
How charming is that?! I made Gracie's 4th birthday cake - a castle cake. It was yummy & a worth attempt; but, nahhhhh. I won't do that again. However, Gracie's recently commission her Uncle Bob to make the can't-get-here-fast-enough 5th birthday cake: a heart cake. We'll see~
