Emma came home from school today and for her after school snack she asked if she could eat a lonely roll that was left over from dinner last night.
I said sure!
She took a bite- spit it out in the trash- and looked at me.
She said YUCK- That is as hard as a tomato bug!
I said a tomato bug?
She said yes- how could you have let me eat that?
What is a tomato bug?
When she is 18 I will remind her of this!

I'm quite familiar with those ugly little bugs - they will destroy every tomato on the vine if given the chance. But I've never tasted one, so I'm not sure how hard they are!
